Is your workplace a happy environment?  Are you doing a job that makes you smile, or do you just count the hours to finish time?  Do your colleagues seem happy?

The attached article poses the question, “How happy is your organization?” and goes on to outline what contributes to employee happiness and the impact of good leadership on employee happiness as a goal.   Acknowledging the connection between wellbeing and productivity, business leaders are directed to ask some important questions about their organizations.  Turn the questions asked on to yourself as an employee, and you may gain insight into just how happy you are working for your employer.  With these questions answered, you can either seek change within your current position, or, from an informed perspective, move on to another job where the chance of happiness is more likely.  The number of hours we work demands no less.
